ABOUT Frank
Growing up in a family of artists, I naturally evolved into the arts. I discovered ceramics in high school, and when I was introduced to the wheel, I felt immediately at home.
Studying percussion at Berklee College of Music, I was introduced to many indigenous instruments and decided to put together my two passions by making clay instruments. Ten years ago I began making Udu drums, Dumbeks and Japanese Bells.
Since then, I’ve expanded into decorative and functional vessels, wedding vessels and ceremonial tea sets. My newest pieces incorporate woodworking skills I've picked up over the years.
